UMHL (U-Matrin Holdings Limited) was established in 2014, a listed group that originated from New York, USA. The company's main business is banking and finance management, which provide solutions to various major companies in executing resources integration and emerged towards the capitalist market.
UMHL was founded by an accomplished and professional investment team, and possessing a wide resource network within the targeted market. The mission of the group is to produce a beneficial return of investment (ROI), also promise to maintain the highest integrity and professionalism as our code of action.
Group Founder
The founder, Dato’ Sri Warren Eu has a distinctive vision that empowers him to gain honorable accomplishment in many major enterprises. The existence of the Internet era has shifted the business focus and allowing expansion through the Internet. This leads to UMHL being developed as a multinational group. In 2006, UMHL has successfully listed on the US Nasdaq stock exchange.
Dato’ Sri Warren Eu has always been emphasizing and focusing on the importance of health, mainly towards the development of the big health industry. UMHL used the method of team formation. This means one needs to be backed up by a team and assist us to set up the team.
Group Chairman
Another key person is Dato Chakri, UMHL chairman. He is a descendant of the Malaysia Royal Family and Chief of staff for political institutions. Dato Chakri has joined UMHL in 2014, responsible for the control and inspection of real estates and air travel, even own several private aircraft and helicopters. In 2017, Dato Chakri has been appointed as Asia president, responsible for managing daily affairs as well as supervise the process and progress of the entire project. Dato's commitment towards the overall strategic direction of the company is to ensure the yearly profit growth.

Emilly Khor has more than 10 years’ experience in business sales. Her capability as a team leader has set an exceptional benchmark in the industry. She is attracted to the company vision for combining two eras. Currently, her main job scope is to expand the company business overseas and set up systematic training to consolidate the sales team.
